STARdy Quest — Privacy Policy 隐私政策
STARdy Quest is a learning-habit app for primary-school children (P1–P6), operated by Fun Learners' School, Singapore ("we", "us"). Because our users are children, this policy is written to be read by parents and guardians, and we collect as little as possible.
STARdy Quest 是为小学生(P1–P6)设计的学习习惯应用,由新加坡 Fun Learners' School 运营。 因为使用者是孩子,本政策面向家长/监护人,我们只收集最少量的必要信息。
1 · What we collect 我们收集什么

We do not collect: email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, precise location, photos of your child, contacts, or advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID). 我们不收集:邮箱、电话、住址、精确定位、孩子的照片、通讯录或广告标识符。
2 · Where the data is stored 数据存在哪里
In the current version, all learning data listed above is stored locally on the device / browser you use (localStorage). It is not synced to our servers. If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync or subscriptions, we will update this policy before that version launches and ask for consent again where the law requires it.
当前版本的所有学习数据仅保存在你使用的设备/浏览器中,不会同步到我们的服务器。 未来版本如加入账号、云同步或订阅功能,我们会在上线前更新本政策,并在法律要求时重新征求同意。
3 · Children and parental consent 儿童与家长同意
- STARdy Quest is used by children under 13. Before a child's first login, a parent or guardian must read this policy and give consent; the date is recorded. 孩子首次登录前必须由家长/监护人阅读本政策并同意,系统记录日期。
- A Parent PIN, set by the parent, protects the Parent Report (progress, export, delete). Purchases and adult-only areas sit behind an adult verification step a young child cannot pass. 家长密码保护家长报告;购买及家长专区另有成人验证。
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time by deleting the child's data (section 5). 随时可通过删除数据撤回同意(见第 5 节)。
4 · What we never do 我们绝不做的事
- No selling or renting of personal data. 绝不出售或出租个人数据。
- No advertising, and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. 无广告,无第三方广告/追踪组件。
- No analytics that identify your child. 不使用识别孩子身份的分析工具。
- No contact from strangers: the app has no chat, no social feed, no user-generated content visible to other families. 无聊天、无社交信息流、其他家庭看不到你孩子的内容。
5 · Your rights (PDPA) 你的权利
From the app's Parent Report page (Parent PIN required), you can at any time:
- Export 导出 — download a complete copy of your child's data (JSON). 下载孩子全部数据的副本。
- Delete 删除 — erase all of your child's data from the device. This also withdraws consent. 删除设备上孩子的全部数据,同时撤回同意。
- Correct 更正 — ask your centre admin (or us) to correct the name or grade. 请中心管理员或我们更正姓名/年级。
If your child uses STARdy Quest through a partner centre, the centre admin can also remove the child's profile and data on request. 通过合作中心使用的,也可请中心管理员删除孩子的档案与数据。
6 · Payments 付款
The current version contains no real payments. When subscriptions launch, payments on iOS will be handled entirely by the Apple App Store — we never see card numbers, and nothing about your child is attached to the payment beyond a random technical identifier.
当前版本没有真实付款。订阅上线后,iOS 付款完全由 Apple App Store 处理——我们看不到银行卡信息,付款也只关联一个随机技术编号,不含孩子的任何个人信息。
7 · Security 安全
The site is served over HTTPS only. All PINs are stored as salted one-way hashes. Data minimisation is designed in: the less we hold, the less can ever leak. 全站仅限 HTTPS;所有密码仅存加密哈希;从设计上尽量少收集——持有得越少,风险越小。
8 · Changes 政策变更
We will post any changes on this page with a new version number and effective date. Material changes affecting children's data will be flagged in the app and require fresh parental consent. 任何变更将在本页公布新版本号与生效日期;涉及儿童数据的重大变更会在应用内提示并重新征求家长同意。
